摘要
[目的]氟吡酰草胺是重要的除草剂,对其合成工艺进行优化。[方法]以2-氯-6-三氯甲基吡啶为原料,经水解、酰氯化、酰胺化和醚化反应合成氟吡酰草胺。[结果]在优化的反应条件下,反应总收率78.3%(以2-氯-6三氯甲基吡啶计),含量98.1%。[结论]该工艺收率高、操作简便、产品纯度高,适合工业化生产。
[Aims] Picolinafen is an important herbicide, the synthetic process was optimized and improved in this paper. [Methods] Picolinafen was synthesized from 2-chloro-6-trichloromethyl pyridine via hydrolysis, preparation of acid chloride, amidation and etherification. [Results] Under the optimal condition, the total yield was 78.3% based on 2-chloro-6-trichloromethyl-pyridine and the purity was 98.1%. [Conclusions] The synthetic process has some advantages of high yield, simple operation and high purity, and is suitable for industrial production.
