摘要
目前建筑业发展呈现智能化、信息化趋势,智能建造在世界范围内受到广泛关注,相关研究成果丰硕。相比传统建造方式,智能建造背景下的利益相关者更多元,交互关系更复杂,这些变化显著影响智能建造推广效率与效果。因此,迫切需要明晰核心利益相关者并优化其潜在协同关系。本研究采用文献计量学等分析方法,系统评述了智能建造和利益相关者现有研究,并引入协同学理论、智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展思路,提出了该领域未来发展机会与建议。本研究结论能够为智能建造工程实践中多主体协同管理提供参考,助力智能建造行业的转型与升级。
At present,the development of the construction industry presents the trend of intellectualization and informatization.Intelligent construction has been widely concerned around the world,and relevant research achievements are abundant.Compared with traditional construction methods,stakeholders in the context of intelligent construction are more diverse and the interaction relationship is more complex.These changes significantly affect the promotion efficiency and effect of intelligent construction.Therefore,it is urgent to identify core stakeholders and optimize their potential synergies.In this study,literature metrology and other analyrical methods are used to systematically review the existing research on intelligent construction and stakeholders.Then,the research also introduces synergetic theory,intelligent construction and building industrialization collaborative development idea to put forward future development opportunities and suggestions in this field.The conclusion of this study can provide reference for multi-agent collaborative management in the engineering practice of intelligent construction,and help the transformation and upgrading of intelligent construction industry.
