摘要
结合天津天汇中心项目的工程实践,介绍了BIM技术在大型城市综合体工程智能建造中的应用,涵盖了基坑土方开挖施工方案优化、碰撞检查、机电管线综合布置、净高分析、进度管理、三维场地分析等多个方面。通过BIM技术的综合应用,提高了工程质量,降低了施工风险,实现了绿色施工和智能化建造。
Combined with engineering practice on Tianhui Center project in Tianjin, this paper introduces the application of BIM technology to intelligent construction of large urban complex project which includes the scheme optimization of foundation pit excavation, collision check, general arrangement of mechanical and electrical pipelines, clear height analysis, schedule management, and 3D site analysis. Through comprehensive application of BIM technology, the project quality has been improved, and the construction risk has been reduced, which makes green and intelligent construction come true.
