摘要
目的:探究藿香消痞汤联合泮托拉唑四联方案治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎的治疗效果。方法:选择2020年2月—2022年1月接受治疗的86例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各43例。对照组采用泮托拉唑四联方案治疗,观察组在此基础上结合藿香消痞汤治疗,2组均为连续治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效、Hp根治率、随访复发情况、临床症状变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组有效率为90.70%显著高于对照组的74.42%;观察组治疗后Hp根除率、3个月复发率和6个月的复发率均显著低于对照组;观察组治疗后主症积分、次症积分、总积分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:Hp阳性慢性胃炎给予藿香消痞汤联合泮托拉唑四联方案治疗可提高临床疗效,有助于改善临床症状,提高Hp根除率,预防病情再次复发,且安全可靠。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Huoxiang Xiaopi decoction combined with pantoprazole quadruple regimen in the treatment of Hp positive chronic gastritis. Methods: A total of 86 patients with Hp-positive chronic gastritis who received treatment from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pantoprazole quadruple regimen, and the observation group was treated with Huoxiang Xiaopi Decoction on this basis, and both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, Hp eradication rate, follow-up recurrence, changes in clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 90.70%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.42%);the Hp eradication rate, 3-month recurrence rate and 6-month recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment;Symptom score, secondary symptom score, and total score were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Huoxiang Xiaopi decoction combined with pantoprazole quadruple therapy for Hp-positive chronic gastritis can improve clinical efficacy,improve clinical symptoms,increase Hp eradication rate,prevent disease recurrence,and is safe and reliable.
