摘要
锂离子电池作为新能源汽车最关键的核心组件,直接制约着新能源汽车的续航、安全、寿命等,而集流体铝箔的性能又直接制约着锂离子电池比容量和倍率。总结了近年来对锂离子电池集流体铝箔表面改性的研究与应用,介绍了集流体表面处理、导电涂层方面的研究进展,为集流体铝箔产业发展和工艺技术研究提供参考。
As the most critical core component of new energy vehicles, lithium-ion batteries directly restrict the battery life, safety,and life of new energy vehicles. The performance of the current collector aluminum foil directly restricts the specific capacity and rate of lithium-ion batteries. This paper summarizes the research and application of surface modification of current collector aluminum foil for lithium ion batteries in recent years, and introduces the research progress of current collector surface treatment and conductive coating, so as to provide reference for the development of current collector aluminum foil industry and process technology research.
