摘要
本文提出了一种新的污水中高效除磷工艺技术,对电化学除磷的技术要点进行了分析。结果表明,电压对电化学除磷的效果影响最大,电压越大除磷效果越显著。当电解磷的质量浓度在0.5 mg/mL~13 mg/mL,以铁作正极,铝作负极,在电压为30 V,电流为1A下电解60 min,对污水中磷的去除效率达到了96.2%以上,极大地提升了污水中除磷的效率和安全性。
In this paper,a new high efficiency phosphorus removal technology in sewage is proposed,and the technical essentials of electrochemical phosphorus removal are analyzed.The results show that the voltage has the greatest influence on the electrochemical phosphorus removal effect,and the greater the voltage is,the more significant the phosphorus removal effect will be.When the mass concentration of electrolytic phosphorus is 0.5 mg/mL~13 mg/mL,iron is used as the positive electrode,aluminum is used as the negative electrode,and the voltage is 30 V,the current is 1 A,the electrolysis time is 60 min,the phosphorus removal efficiency in the sewage is more than 96.2%,which greatly improves the efficiency and safety of phosphorus removal in the sewage.
