二次就地热再生沥青路面性能及经济效益研究 被引量:1

摘要 沥青路面就地热再生技术具有绿色、节能和环保的优点,符合国家“双碳”战略目标,被广泛应用于高速公路养护中。对二次就地热再生沥青路面的性能及经济效益进行研究,结果表明:掺入适当的集料、再生剂后,一次再生沥青混合料可恢复级配和性能;二次就地热再生通过预铣刨工艺提高新料掺量,其混合料的结构稳定性、水稳定性和高温稳定性均能达到一次再生后的性能水平。观测结果显示,二次就地热再生技术的工程应用效果良好,可延长4~5年路面使用年限,与铣刨重铺相比,全寿命周期内可减少14%的养护经费投入。 With the advantages of green,energy saving and environmental protection,asphalt pavement hot-in-place recycling technology is in line with the national“double carbon”strategic goal and is widely used in highway maintenance.The results of the study on the performance and economic benefits of the secondary heat-in-place regeneration show that the gradation and asphalt properties can be restored by mixing the appropriate aggregates and regenerants in one-time recycled mixture.The secondary heat-in-place regeneration can increase the amount of new material through the pre-milling process.The structural stability,water stability and high temperature performance of the mixture can reach the level of primary regeneration performance.The application effect of the secondary heat-in-place regeneration project is good.According to the observation results,it can extend the service life of the pavement by 4 to 5 years.Compared with milling and resurfacing,it can reduce the maintenance cost by 14%in the whole life cycle.
