摘要
为扩大路面铣刨旧料再生利用范围,将RAP以热再生的方式与半柔性路面相结合,重点研究了早强型灌浆料配比和性能。通过正交试验设计法及相关路用性能试验评价其灌浆效果。结果表明:随着RAP掺量的增加,早强型热再生半柔性路面材料的动稳定度、灌注率有所下降,水稳定性能上升,但都符合相关规范要求,具有良好的路用性能。
In order to expand the range of reusing the old material of pavement milling,the mixture ratio and performance of early strength grouting material were studied by combining RAP with semi-flexible pavement in the way of thermal regeneration.The grouting effect was evaluated by Orthogonal Test Design and related road performance test.The results show that with the increase of RAP content,the dynamic stability and filling rate of the semi-flexible pavement materials with early strength and thermal regeneration decrease,and the water stability of the semi-flexible pavement materials increases,which meet the requirements of relevant specifications and have good road performance.
