二十个枇杷品种(系)ISSR标记的遗传多样性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为促进枇杷种质资源的开发和利用,以收集的20份枇杷种质资源为研究对象,采用ISSR分子标记方法进行遗传多样性分析。结果显示:13条引物共扩增141条DNA片段,其中多态性片段100条,多态性比率为70.92%;供试材料间的遗传相似系数为0.702 1~0.879 4,平均相似性系数为0.813 2。对20份供试材料进行聚类分析,在遗传相似系数为0.759 6时,可将所有供试材料分为两大类,台湾白枇杷自成一类,其他供试材料聚为一类;在遗传相似系数为0.789 6时,除台湾白枇杷以外的供试材料又可分成3个亚类;聚类结果与开花时期、地理分布、果肉颜色相关性不明显,但同一亲本的杂交后代大部分聚成一类。研究结果为枇杷资源的分类、保存与利用、遗传进化等研究及杂交组合选配提供一定的理论和技术支持。 To promote the development and utilization of collected loquat germplasm resources,ISSR molecular markers were used to study the genetic diversity of 20 loquat germplasm resources.The results showed that 141 DNA fragments were amplified from 13 ISSR primers, of which 100 fragments(70.92%) were polymorphic.The genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.702 1 to 0.879 4, and the average value was 0.813 2. All the tested materials can be divided into two categories with the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.759 6, ‘Taiwan Bai’ belong to one category and other tested materials belong to one category.The tested materials except ‘Taiwan Bai’ were divided into three subgroups with the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.789 6. The cluster results had no obvious correlation with flowering period, geographical distribution and pulp color, but most of the hybrid offspring of the same parent clustered into a group. The results provided theoretical and technical support for the classification, conservation and utilization, genetic evolution and hybrid combination selection of loquat resources.
