湿生扁蕾不同提取部位对肺纤维化模型大鼠肺功能的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Different Polar Parts of Gentianopsis Paludosa (Munro.) Ma on Pulmonary Function in Rats with Pulmonary Fibrosis

摘要 目的:比较湿生扁蕾不同极性溶剂提取部位对博莱霉素诱导肺纤维化大鼠肺功能的影响。方法:制备纯水、95%乙醇、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、石油醚不同极性溶剂的湿生扁蕾提取部位,给予博莱霉素诱导的肺纤维化模型大鼠灌胃给药,观察大鼠脏器系数、肺功能及血气指标的变化。结果:湿生扁蕾不同极性溶剂提取部位均能降低博莱霉素诱导肺纤维化大鼠肺系数、脾系数,其中以湿生扁蕾乙醇部位组肺系数下降最为明显(P<0.05)。肺功能方面,湿生扁蕾水提部位组、乙醇部位组、正丁醇部位组、石油醚部位组可显著增加大鼠潮气量(TV)、呼气量(EV)、每分通气量(MV)、最大吸气流速(PIF)、最大呼气流速(PEF)(P<0.05),湿生扁蕾正丁醇部位组可显著增加PEF(P<0.05),湿生扁蕾水提部位组、乙醇部位组、正丁醇部位组、石油醚部位组可显著降低呼吸频率(f)(P<0.05)。湿生扁蕾各组均可显著升高呼气时间(TE)(P<0.01),对50%呼气流速(EF50)影响不明显,湿生扁蕾水提部位组、乙醇部位组、正丁醇部位组可显著升高吸气时间(TI)(P<0.01),湿生扁蕾水提部位组、乙醇部位组、正丁醇部位组、石油醚部位组可显著升高松弛时间(RT)(P<0.05),湿生扁蕾水提部位组、乙醇部位组、正丁醇部位组显著升高动态顺应性(Cdyn)(P<0.05);湿生扁蕾水提部位组、乙醇部位组、石油醚部位组可显著降低被迫呼吸间隙(Penh)(P<0.05)。血气分析表明,湿生扁蕾各组中二氧化碳分压(PCO_(2))、碳酸氢根离子(HCO~-3)均显著降低(P<0.01),氧分压(PO_(2))及血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))均显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),其中以湿生扁蕾乙醇部位组最为显著。湿生扁蕾各组中PH、总二氧化碳(TCO_(2))、剩余碱(BE)未见显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:湿生扁蕾不同极性溶剂提取部位均可改善博莱霉素诱导的肺纤维化大鼠肺功能,而在血气分析方面以乙醇提取部位最为显著,推测� Objective To compare the effects of different polar solvent extracts of Gentianopsis Paludosa(Munro.)Ma on pulmonary function in rats with pulmonary fibrosis induced by Bleomycin.Method To prepare the extracts of Gentianopsis Paludosa(Munro.)Ma Ma by using pure water, 95% ethanol, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and petroleum ether with different polar solvents, and to give them to rats with pulmonary fibrosis induced by Bleomycin, the changes of organ coefficient, lung function and blood gas index were observed.Results The extracts of different polar solvents of Gentianopsis Paludosa(Munro.)Ma could reduce the lung coefficient and spleen coefficient of rats with pulmonary fibrosis induced by Bleomycin, especially in Gentianopsis Paludosa(Munro.)Ma II group(P<0.05).In terms of lung function, the tidal volume(TV),expiratory volume(EV),minute ventilation volume(MV),maximal inspiratory flow(PIF),maximal expiratory flow(PEF) in Group I,Group II,Group IV and Group V were significantly increased(P<0.05),PEF increased significantly in Group III(P<0.05), and respiratory frequency decreased significantly in group I,II,III and IV(P<0.05).The expiratory time(TE) was significantly increased in each group(P<0.01),but not in 50% expiratory flow(EF50).The inspiratory time(TI) was significantly increased in Group I,Group II and Group IV(P<0.01),the relaxation time(RT) was significantly increased in Group I,II,IV and V(P<0.05),and the dynamic compliance(Cdyn) was significantly increased in Group I,II and IV(P<0.05).The forced breathing gap(Penh) was significantly decreased in Group I,Group II and Group V(P<0.05).Blood gas analysis showed that the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PCO_(2)) and hydrogencarbonate ions(HCO-3) were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the partial pressure of oxygen(PO_(2)) and Oxygenation were significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05), among them, the Gentianopsis Paludosa(Munro.)Ma II group was the most significant.There were no significant changes in PH,total carbon dioxide(TCO_(2)) and residual alkali(BE)
