益气活血化痰方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型大鼠肺功能的影响 被引量:10

Influence of complex prescription on rat lung function in COPD model

摘要 目的制备大鼠慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型,探讨益气活血化痰方对其肺功能的影响。方法采用气管内注入内毒素和烟熏的复合法建立COPD模型,观察病理改变,分不同时间点分别给予益气活血化痰方和罗红霉素干预,观察干预因素对肺功能的影响。结果①模型组与正常组比较肺呼气总阻力(Re)、最大通气量(MVV)、第0.3秒用力呼气容积与用力呼气容积的百分比(FEV0.3/FVC)、用力呼气流速(FEF25-75)均较降低,两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。②中药组的Re、第0.3秒用力呼气容积(FEV0.3)、FEV0.3/FVC、MVV、FEF25-75与模型组比较差异有显著性;罗红霉素组Re、FEV0.3、FEV0.3/FVC与模型组比较差异有显著性。③中药组MVV、FVC、FEV0.3、FEF25-75及峰流速(PEF)与罗红霉素组比较有显著差异,差异主要在30 d给药组。④20 d给药组效果明显优于30 d和40 d给药组,有显著差异。结论益气活血化痰方、罗红霉素均可以延缓COPD肺功能的下降,但是否可以逆转已经下降的肺功能有待进一步研究,且早期干预疗效显著。 Objective To establish the rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to investigate the influence of complex prescription with the effects of replenishing qi, activating blood and resolving phlegm on rat lung function. Methods A compound method combined with endotracheal endotoxic injection and fumigation was used to establish COPD model and the pathological changes were observed. The complex prescription and roxithromycin were given to interfere rat lung function at the different time points and the influence of interference factors on lung function was observed. Rusults ① The total expiratory resistance ( Re), the maximal vol- untary ventilation ( MVV), the ratio of forced expiratory volume at 0. 3 second and forced vital capacity ( FEV0.3/ FVC ), the forced expiratory flow ( FEF25 -75 ) decreased in the model group compared with that in the normal group with a significant difference (P 〈0. 05).② The difference between the treatment group and the model group was significant in Re, FEV0 3, FEV0.3/FVC, MVV and FEF25-75. The difference between the roxithromgcin group and the model group was significant in Re, FEV0.3, FEV0.3/FVC. ③ The difference between the treatment group and the roxithromycin group was significant in MVV, FVC, FEV0.3, FEF25-75 and peak expiratory flow (PEF) , especially in 30 days. ④ The result of the treatment group in 20 days was superior to that in 30 days and 40 days. Conclusion The complex prescription and roxithromycin all can delay the lung hypofunction in COPD patients, but their reversal effects on lung hypofunction is needed a further study. An early reference had a more significant curative effect.
