摘要
文章总结陈柳春主任治疗实性结节的临床经验,陈柳春主任认为实性结节病机关键是痰凝、气滞、血瘀日久蓄于体内而致,治疗当以行气化痰、散结消瘀为主,自拟七星痰浊消加减,以其特有的学术见解与临床经验辨证论治,随症加减,临床效佳。
To summarize the clinical experience of Director Chen Liuchun in the treatment of solid nodules.About solid Nodules,Chen thinks its key pathogeneses are phlegm congealing,qi stagnation and blood stasis accumulates in the body for a long time,treatments should be given priority to promote qi and resolve phlegm,disperse stagnation eliminate stasis,drawing upQixing Tanzhuoxiao Prescriptions,with its peculiar experience of differentiation syndrome treatments,modification according to symptoms,clinical effects are good.
