摘要
通过对近年文献的分析,系统总结阐述了微波干燥、灭菌技术的原理及其在中药领域的应用进展,微波干燥灭菌的注意事项等。研究表明,与其它干燥灭菌方法比,微波干燥灭菌具有产品均匀、质量好、速度快、安全可靠等优点。
Through analyzing recent related literatures, the paper summarized the mechanism of microwave drying and sterili- zing technique and its applying progress in the field of Chinese crude drugs, announcements and so on. The research showed that, compared with other sterilization by drying, microwave drying had these characters, such as product uniformity, good quality, short time, safe.
