摘要
利用DS18B20数字温度传感器对微波加热室内进行实时温度监测,以AT89S52单片机及相关电子元件为核心控制微波加热过程,读取实时温度,比较温度区间。通过断开、闭合微波炉工作电源,使其始终保持在预设温度区间内,进而实现微波干燥恒温控制。试验结果显示,使用该系统干燥的作物样品品质明显优于微波场直接干燥的作物品质。试验表明,该系统能够实现其预定功能。
We take use of digital temperature sensor DS18B20 to monitor the microwave heating indoor temperature,make AT89S52 SCM and other related electronic components as the core device to control the microwave heating process.Then read the real-time temperature and judge whether it is at the pre-set temperature range.Through the disconnecting or closing microwave oven work power automatically,it realizes microwave drying temperature control.The test results show that the crops sample quality using the system are obviously better than those drying directly in the microwave field.The experiment indicates that the system can realize its scheduled function.
