摘要
目的分析聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a对HBV/HCV重叠感染患者疗效、肝功能及炎性因子的影响。方法选取2017年3月-2020年3月HBV/HCV重叠感染患者82例作为实验对象。按照抽签随机数字表法分为两组。对照组41例替诺福韦治疗,观察组41例在对照组的基础上加用聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a。两组患者共治疗6个月。观察两组患者临床效果、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBil)、白介素10(IL-10)、白介素12(IL-12)、白介素18(IL-18)水平变化。结果干预后,观察组85.37%临床效果优于对照组63.41%(P<0.05);干预前两组患者ALT、AST、TBil以及GGT数值相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)干预后两组患者ALT、AST、TBil以及GGT数值均低于干预前,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);干预前两组患者IL-10、IL-12、IL-18数值相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)干预后两组患者IL-10、IL-12、IL-18数值均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a联合替诺福韦治疗HBV/HCV重叠感染患者效果好,能够抑制病毒DNA的复制,从而减少病毒数量,缓解炎症反应,阻止肝组织损伤,改善肝功能,缩短患者治愈时间。
Objective To analyze the effects of peginterferonα-2 a on the efficacy,liver function and inflammatory factors in patients with HBV/HCV superinfection.Methods From March 2017 to March 2020,82 patients with HBV/HCV superinfection were selected as experimental subjects.Divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Forty-one patients in the control group were treated with tenofovir,and 41 patients in the observation group were treated with peginterferonα-2 a on the basis of the control group.The two groups of patients were treated for 6 months.To observe the clinical effects of two groups of patients,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),total bilirubin(TBil),interleukin 10(IL-10),interleukin 12(IL-12),interleukin 18(IL-18)level changes.Results After the intervention,the clinical effect of 85.37%of the observation group was better than that of the control group 63.41%(P<0.05);the ALT,AST,TBil and GGT values of the two groups of patients before the intervention were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The values of ALT,AST,TBil and GGT were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the IL-10,IL-12,and IL-18 values of the two groups of patients before the intervention were not statistically significant(P>0.05)After the intervention,the IL-10,IL-12,and IL-18 values of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pegylated interferonα-2 a combined with tenofovir has a good effect in the treatment of patients with HBV/HCV superinfection.It can inhibit viral DNA replication,thereby reducing the number of viruses,alleviating inflammation,preventing liver tissue damage,and improving liver function,Shorten the patient′s healing time.
