摘要
采用真空和氩气、氮气+氩气混合气氛烧结三种工艺制备出Ti(C,N)-8%Mo_(2)C-8%NbC-4%Co-12%Ni金属陶瓷样品。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对合金微观组织结构特征进行观察与分析,并对比三种不同工艺气氛制备的金属陶瓷刀片的耐磨性能。实验结果表明:三种不同烧结气氛制备的金属陶瓷样品微观组织结构均存在金属陶瓷典型的“核-壳”结构,内部物相组织相同;真空烧结工艺制备出的金属陶瓷样品孔隙高、硬度低;氮气+氩气混合气氛烧结制备出的金属陶瓷刀片的耐磨性最优,表面存在一层富钛组织,其密度为6.63 g/cm^(3),维氏硬度HV30为1610,断裂韧性9.2 MPa·m^(1/2),抗弯强度1 830 MPa。
Ti (C,N)-8%Mo_(2)C-8%NbC-4%Co-12%Ni cermet samples were prepared by using three methods featuring vacuum,argon,and nitrogen+argon sintering atmospheres.In addition,optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were adopted to observe and analyze the microstructures of the samples,and the wear-resisting property of ceramic tips prepared under the above three sintering atmospheres was compared.The results show that typical core-shell microstructures exist in the microstructures of the samples prepared under the three sintering atmospheres,with the same internal phase composition.Furthermore,cermet samples prepared under vacuum sintering have large pores and low hardness,while ceramic tips prepared under nitrogen+argon sintering atmosphere have an optimal wear-resisting property,and there is a layer of titanium-rich structure on their surfaces,with a density of 6.63 g/cm^(3) and a Vickers hardness of 1 610HV_(30).The fracture toughness is 9.2 MPa/m^(1/2),and the bending strength is 1 830 MPa.
