摘要
超级电容器作为介于二次电池和电容器之间的新型储能器件,日益受到广泛关注。而电极材料是制备高性能超级电容器的关键。MnO_(2)是一种理论比电容较高的半导体材料,因导电性差等严重影响了其作为超级电容器电极的电化学性能,目前最好的解决方案是对MnO_(2)进行掺杂改性以制备纳米复合材料电极。本文重点综述了MnO_(2)复合电极材料的研究现状及提高其电化学性能的设计与合成方案,并总结了MnO_(2)基电极材料未来的发展方向。
Supercapacitors as a new type of energy storage device between secondary batteries and capacitors have received more and more attention,and electrode materials are the core of preparing high-performance supercapacitors.MnO_(2)is a kind of semiconductor material with high theoretical capacitance.However,the electrochemical performance of supercapacitor electrode is seriously affected by its poor electrical conductivity and other reasons.MnO_(2)doping modification for nano-composites electrode is the best solution to improve specific capacitance.Herein,MnO_(2)composite material as supercapacitor electrode materials is reviewed in this paper,while various strategic design and synthesis of MnO_(2)-based electrode materials for enhanced electrochemical performance are highlighted.Finally,the future development directions of MnO_(2)-based electrode materials is summarized.
