摘要
《职业教育法》为职业教育的进一步发展提供了准备,也是对职业教育提出了更高的育人成效。高职课堂教学是人才培养的重要阵地,要实现教育强国工程,就要推动课堂教育的高质量发展。该文基于高职学生的学情,聚焦学生知识能力和其他素养的发展,探索课堂上实现学生有效讨论的意义、路径和策略,通过科学分组、教师领路、学生准备、评价总结四步走,以解决目前存在的影响课堂高效的问题,进而提升课堂教学实效,最终实现学生的全面发展。
The vocational education law provides preparation for the further development of vocational education, and also puts forward higher educational results for vocational education. Higher vocational classroom teaching is an important position for talent training. In order to realize the project of strengthening education, it is necessary to promote the high-quality development of classroom education. Based on the learning situation of higher vocational students, this paper focuses on the development of students’ knowledge ability and other qualities, explores the significance, paths and strategies of realizing students’ effective discussion in the classroom, and solves the current problems affecting classroom efficiency through scientific grouping,teachers’ leading, students’ preparation, evaluation and summary, so as to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and finally realize the all-round development of students.
