摘要
当前,打赢打好脱贫攻坚战和实现乡村振兴战略是党中央做出的一项重大战略部署。由于中国市场经济的进一步发展,国家对农村的发展增加关注力度,并为乡村振兴给出一系列政策措施。要想有效推动乡村振兴,关键是要培养一批新型职业农民。新型职业农民培育是一项持久而艰巨的任务,是一项复杂的工程,也需要全社会形成合力。而开放大学现已作为培育新型职业农民的重要力量,在助推乡村人才振兴过程中大有作为。所以,在乡村振兴政策背景下,对开放大学培养新型职业农民模式进行探索和研究,着力建立起多元化人才培养体系,提升新型农民职业素质,从而增加农村农民收益,促进农村经济全面健康发展。
At present, winning the battle to get rid of poverty and realizing the strategy of rural rejuvenation is a major strategic plan made by the CPC Central Committee. Due to the further development of China’s market economy, the state has paid more attention to the development of rural areas and put forward a series of policies and measures for rural revitalization. The key to effectively promoting the revitalization of rural areas is to train a number of new professional farmers. The cultivation of new-type professional farmers is a long-lasting and arduous task and a complex project, which also requires the whole society to form a joint force. As an important force to cultivate a new type of professional farmers,the open university has played an important role in promoting the revitalization of talents in rural areas. Therefore, we explore and study the model of training new professional farmers in open universityin the context of rural revitalization policy,and strive to establish a diversified talent training system to improve the professional quality of new farmers, so as to increase rural income and promote the all-round and healthy development of rural economy.
