摘要
随着教育观念的不断更新以及信息技术在课堂上的运用,当代基础教育课堂形态发生巨大转变。在分析课堂形态内涵的基础上,发现芬兰基础教育课堂形态呈现出六大样态:平等均衡的教育理念孕育课堂价值形态;开放、灵活多样的物理空间拓展课堂空间形态;教师权利的迭代重构课堂的文化形态;异质化的课堂共同体形塑课堂组织与运作形态;现象教学丰富课堂的教学形态;多元评价转变课堂的评价形态。消弭多重课堂边界,平衡多种课程教学方式,创造积极的课堂包容性氛围是芬兰高质量课堂形态变革的具体表征。芬兰基础教育课堂形态变革对我国基础教育课堂形态变革的启示:注重课堂参与者的情感体验,实现课堂形态的数字化转型,突出课堂形态变革的循证研究。
With continuous changes in educational philosophy and the application of information and communication technology in the classroom,the classroom form of contemporary basic education has undergone a great transformation.On the basis of an analysis of the connotation of classroom form,six dimensions of classroom form in Finnish schools can be concluded as follows.Firstly,in terms of education philosophy,equity and balance prevails in Finnish classroom.Secondly,open,flexible and diverse physical space expands the classroom form.Thirdly,the adjustment of teacher-studnet power relationship changes the classroom culture.Fourthly,the classroom organization could be considered as heterogeneous learning community.Fifthly,phenomenon-based learning has enriched Finnish teaching methods.Lastly,the subject and type of assessment is diversified and formative assessment is the main evaluation method in Finnish classroom.It is noted that in Finnish classroom,multiple classroom boundaries has been eliminated and various teaching approaches are employed as needed.Additionally,a caring classroom has a positive impact on students and teachers’wellbeing.The research on Finnish classroom form informs us that the emphasis on the emotional experience of classroom participants is significant and an digitalized transformation of classroom form is supposed to be deepened in an all-round way.What’s more,the transformation of classroom form should be conducted based on evidence.
