摘要
先简支后连续预应力梁桥施工可有效地避免现浇法施工的诸多难题,在铁路桥梁中应用具有明显优势。新建铁路宝鸡至兰州客运专线马家山特大桥项目,采用了先简支后连续预应力道岔梁的设计和施工方案。设计时选取合理的计算参数和荷载,对施工阶段和运营阶段的静力分析验算,主要验算内容包括各截面强度、抗裂性、应力、变形、自振特性。施工阶段,研究了先简支后连续预应力道岔梁的施工工艺,并对施工技术要点进行详细分析。研究结果表明,采用的设计方法和施工控制要点,为马家山特大桥的顺利完工提供了有效保障。研究成果可应用于客运专线道岔梁的设计和施工。
The construction of simply supported continuous prestressed beam bridge can effectively avoid many problems of cast-in-situ construction,and has obvious advantages in the application of railway bridge.Relying on the Majiashan bridge project of the newly-built Baoji Lanzhou passenger dedicated line,the bridge design and construction scheme of simply supported turnout beam followed by continuous prestress are analyzed.Reasonable calculation parameters and loads are selected in the design.The static analysis and calculation in the construction stage and operation stage are mainly checked,including the strength,crack resistance,stress,and deformation natural vibration characteristics.In the construction stage,the bridge construction technology of simple support before continuous prestress of turnout beam is studied,and the key points of construction technology are analyzed in detail.The results show that the proposed design method and construction control points provide an effective guarantee for the smooth completion of Majiashan bridge.The research results can be applied to the design and construction of turnout beam of passenger dedicated line.
