摘要
简要介绍预应力混凝土先简支后连续梁1∶5模型设计、试验方法。根据弹性试验、开裂试验和破坏试验结果,研究分析该类结构的工艺特点、正常使用荷载作用下结构受力变形特征、结构特别是湿接缝截面的抗裂性、开裂区域裂缝发展分布规律以及结构极限承载力。根据开裂试验中应变测试结果,分析计算各典型截面抗裂安全系数,初步研究湿接缝段对结构的影响。在对模型梁体系转换前、后和先简支后连续梁破坏前、后动力测试与理论分析的基础上,校核模型梁的刚度、制作精度,验证模型梁、原型梁固有频率之间的关系,最后初步探讨了先简支后连续梁的动力性能。
The paper concisely introduces the design on a scale of 1∶5 and test method of the railway prestressed concrete model beam constructed by converting simple support into continuous support. Based on the test results about flexibility,cracking, breakage of model beam, the characteristic of technology,strain-deformation under the normal using load,the anticrack property especially in the wet-joint section,the regularity of cracks growth and distributing in the cracking zones and the ultimate carrying load capacity are analyzed. Based on the strain results of the crack test, the anticrack safety factors of typical sections are analyzed, an influence, which the wet-joint segment has on the structure, is initially studied. Based on the dynamic test and theoretical analysis of model beam fore-and-aft system-transition and fore-and-aft breakage of structure, the stiffness, make precision of model beam are checked, the relation of frequency between model beam and prototype beam is proved. At last the dynamic properties of beam constructed by converting simple support into continuous support are initially discussed.
