摘要
T-2毒素是由镰刀菌代谢产生的一种毒性很强的霉菌毒素,是单端孢霉稀族类毒素的一种。T-2毒素具有典型的免疫毒性特征,目前已证实了T-2毒素诱导的免疫毒性与氧化应激、炎症反应、凋亡及自噬等分子机制有关,涉及多条信号通路,调节与免疫应答和细胞凋亡/存活相关的信号分子表达。氧化应激是T-2毒素诱导DNA断裂和凋亡的关键毒性机制,细胞凋亡通路维持毒素免疫调控的动态平衡,而自噬可促进T-2毒素诱导的免疫抑制,在免疫调控中发挥着关键而复杂的作用。此外,T-2毒素免疫调控中也存在类似“免疫逃逸”的机制。本综述对T-2毒素的免疫毒性及其毒性作用的分子机制进行了详细阐述,为T-2毒素的毒性机制及防控研究提供参考。
T-2 toxin is one of the trichothecene that are cytotoxic fungal secondary metabolites produced by various species of Fusarium.T-2 toxin has typical immunotoxicity.It has been confirmed that the immunotoxicity induced by T-2 toxin is related to oxidative stress,inflammation,apoptosis and autophagy.T-2 toxin can regulate the expression of many signal molecules related to immune response and apoptosis/survival through a series of signaling pathways.Oxidative stress is the key toxic mechanism of T-2 toxin inducing DNA breakage and apoptosis,the apoptosis pathway maintains the balance of immune regulation,and autophagy can promote the immune suppression induced by T-2 toxin.In addition,there is a similar"immune evasion"mechanism in the immune regulation of T-2toxin.This review elaborates on the immunotoxicity of T-2 toxin and its toxic mechanism,which provides references for the study of the toxicity,prevention and control for T-2 toxin.
