“果蔬贮藏运销学”实验教学改革探索与实践

摘要 实验教学是锻炼学生将理论知识应用于实践中解决实际问题,提高学生动手能力和创新能力的重要教学过程,“果蔬贮藏运销学”实验教学对食品科学与工程等相关专业学生的高质量培养至关重要。本文结合本校该课程近年来的教学情况,针对存在的问题,对“果蔬贮藏运销学”实验改革进行探讨与实践,总结了实验小组的科研型实验应用于“果蔬贮藏运销学”的实验教学方法和效果,以期提高学生的综合动手能力,锻炼提升学生的创新素质,提高课程的教学质量。 Experimental teaching is an important teaching process that trains students to apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems in practice and improve students'hands-on ability and innovation ability.Experimental teaching of fruit and vegetable storage and marketing is crucial for the high-quality training of students majoring in food science and engineering.In this paper,combined with the teaching situation of the course in recent years,in view of the existing problems,the experimental reform of fruit and vegetable storage and marketing is discussed and practiced,and the experimental teaching methods and effects of the scientific research experiments of the experimental group applied to fruit and vegetable storage and marketing are summarized,in order to improve the comprehensive hands-on ability of students,exercise and improve the innovative quality of students,and improve the teaching quality of the course.
