摘要
目的探讨香砂六君子汤联合奥美拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择宿迁市中西医结合医院消化内科2018年2月—2021年3月收治的113例十二指肠溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据患者就诊顺序进行编号,根据编号单双数将患者分为观察组(57例,编号为单数)和对照组(56例,编号为双数)。对照组患者给予常规胃黏膜保护剂治疗,同时给予奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用香砂六君子汤治疗。比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效、幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)根除率,比较2组治疗前后的胃液指标,同时比较2组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。治疗后观察组三羟胆酸、氨基已糖水平低于对照组,胃蛋白酶、胃液分泌性免疫球蛋白水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤联合奥美拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡能提高治疗总有效率及Hp根除率,调节胃液指标,安全可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer in the active phase.Methods 113 patients with duodenal ulcer who were admitted to department of gastroenterology in Suqian Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were numbered according to the order in which they visited,and the patients were divided into observation groups according to the odd and even numbers(n=57,the number is odd)and the control group(n=56,the number is even).The control group was treated with conventional gastric mucosal protectors and omeprazole at the same time,and the observation group used in combination on the basis of the control group Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment,the Helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication rate of the two groups after treatment,the gastric juice indicators of the two groups before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the levels of trihydroxycholic acid and hexose in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of pepsin and gastric secretory immunoglobulin were higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction combined with meprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer can improve the total effective rate and Hp eradicatio
