摘要
长输天然气管道作为跨区域远距离天然气输送主要载体,在国家能源战略中承担着不可替代的作用,其管道主材大口径螺旋/直缝埋弧焊钢管质量是确保管道运行安全的基础,为此引入驻厂监造,以提高管材质量。本文通过监造项目实例,结合监造产品的特点,简述监造服务的策划、输出、控制等,同时总结项目监造过程中发现的钢管质量问题,并进行了统计归类,着重列举了2个质量案例进行分析,对同类钢管监造质量提升具有一定的借鉴意义。
As the main carrier of cross-regional long-distance natural gas transmission, the long-distance gas pipeline plays an irreplaceable role in the national energy strategy. The main material of pipeline is SAWL or SAWH,its quality is the basis to ensure the safety of pipeline operation. In order to improve the quality of steel pipe, the plant supervision was set up. Through the example of the supervision project, combined with the characteristics of the supervision products, this article briefly describes the planning, output and control of supervision service to ensure the quality of supervision service. At the same time, the steel pipe quality problems found in the project supervision process are summarized and statistical classification is performed. Two quality cases are listed and analyzed, which has certain guidance and reference significance for the quality improvement of steel pipe supervision.
