大口径含氢天然气长输管道内环缝自动焊接技术研究

摘要 管道运输是天然气输送的一种相对实用且高效的运输方式,长输管道的封闭性也会影响到天然气的输送效果.为降低大口径含氢天然气长输管道的气体泄漏量,确保焊接质量,文章提出大口径含氢天然气长输管道内环缝自动焊接技术.在考虑大口径含氢天然气长输管道连接方式和气体受力情况下,构建长输管道等效模型,模拟天然气长输管道氢气扩散过程,采用合适焊接设备和材料,选择管道泄漏点作为天然气长输管道的焊点,再结合焊点定位结果,自动规划焊接路径并与内环缝边缘轮廓融合,进而计算焊接材料的释放流量、焊接温度及焊接推力等焊接技术参数,最终完成对天然气长输管道内环缝的自动焊接.研究结果表明,所设计的焊接技术加工后的长输管道焊缝成型更美观,工作性能更稳定,合格率更高,具有较大的推广应用价值. Pipeline transportation is a relatively practical and efficient transportation method for natural gas transportation.The sealing of long-distance pipelines will also affect the transportation effect of natural gas.In order to reduce the gas leakage of large-diameter long-distance hydrogen-containing natural gas pipelines and ensure the welding quality,this paper proposes an automatic welding technology for the inner circumferential seam of large-diameter long-distance hydrogen-containing natural gas pipelines.Considering the connection mode and gas force of large-diameter hydrogen-containing natural gas pipelines,an equivalent model of long-distance pipelines is constructed to simulate the hydrogen diffusion process of long-distance natural gas pipelines.The welding points of the pipeline,combined with the welding point positioning results,automatically plan the welding path and merge it with the edge contour of the inner circumferential seam,and then calculate the welding technical parameters such as the release flow of welding materials,welding temperature and welding thrust,and finally complete the long-distance natural gas transmission.Automatic welding of inner circumferential seams of pipes.The research results show that the welding seam of the long-distance pipeline after processing by the designed welding technology is more beautiful,the working performance is more stable,and the pass rate is higher,and it has a great promotion and application value.
