摘要
以黔中地区龙里林场不同林龄马尾松林为研究对象,采用形态学鉴定与分子生物学相结合的方法,分析了不同林龄马尾松林外生菌根真菌(EMF)的群落多样性特征及其影响因素。结果表明:在不同林龄马尾松林的EMF中共鉴定出48个可操作分类单元(OTU),隶属于15科21属,其中担子菌门(Basidiomycota)和子囊菌门(Ascomycota)分别占81.11%和18.19%,担子菌门丰富度明显高于子囊菌门,不同林龄马尾松林的EMF群落组成结构存在明显差异,马尾松林EMF的物种丰富度随着林龄增加呈现出先升高后降低(单峰型)的变化趋势,表现为特有OTUs高于共有OTUs。其中,马尾松人工林EMF优势属主要为棉革菌属(Tomentella)和红菇属(Russula),而对照(针阔混交林)主要以Piloderma、糙缘线革菌属(Amphinema)、棉革菌属和乳菇属(Lactarius)为主,冗余分析结果表明,土壤p H值和全磷含量是影响不同林龄马尾松林EMF群落的重要环境因子。黔中地区林龄对马尾松EMF群落组成与结构产生重要影响。
This study combines morphology and molecular biology to analyze the diverse characteristics and contributing factors of exophyllic fungal communities of Pinus massoniana in different stand ages based on P. massoniana of different stand ages in the Longli forestry station in central Guizhou Province. The following results were obtained: a total of 48 operational taxonomic units(OTUs) of P. massoniana ectomycorrhiza fungi(EMFs) were identified, belonging to 21 genera in 15 families, of which the Basidiomycota and Ascomycota accounted for 81.11% and 18.19%, respectively. The richness of Basidiomycota was significantly higher than that of Ascomycota. There were significant differences in the composition of exophytic mycorrhizal fungal communities in different stand ages, showing that the specific OTUs is higher than the common OTUs. The EMF species richness of P. massoniana showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing(monotile type) with increasing stand age. Among them, the dominant species of P. massoniana EMF in different stand ages were mainly cotton leather fungus, Tomentella, and Russula, while those in the control(mixed needle and broad forest) were mainly Pilarema, Amphinema, Tomentella and Lactarius. Redundancy analysis showed that pH value and total phosphorus content were important environmental factors influencing EMF communities in P. massoniana of different stand ages. In summary, the stand age in central Guizhou has an important impact on the composition and structure of EMF communities of P. massoniana.
