摘要
目的:探讨质量控制在临床免疫检验工作中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月东莞兰卫医学检验实验室有限公司收集的100份未经质量控制的免疫血样标本作为参照组,2020年5月-2021年5月收集的100份经质量控制的免疫血样标本作为试验组。参照组血液样本实施常规样本检验控制方法,试验组血液样本实施质量控制管理。比较两组血液样本质量控制情况以及两组患者的治疗效果。结果:试验组血液样本中的各项免疫指标变异指数低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的治疗效果高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将免疫检验分析质量控制应用于临床免疫检验工作中,能够保证检验结果的准确性,为临床治疗提供更为准确的依据,提高了临床治疗效果。
Objective: To explore the application value of quality control in clinical immunoassay work. Methods: 100 immune blood sample specimens without quality control collected from January 2019 to January 2020 by Dongguan Lanwei Medical Laboratory Co., Ltd. were selected as the reference group, and 100 immune blood sample specimens with quality control collected from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the test group. The blood samples in the reference group were subjected to conventional sample testing control methods, while the blood samples in the test group were subjected to quality control management. The quality control of blood samples in the two groups and the treatment outcome of patients in the two groups were compared. Results: The variation index of each immune index in the blood samples of the test group was lower than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment effect of patients in the test group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying the quality control of immunoassay analysis to clinical immunoassay work can ensure the accuracy of test results, provide a more accurate basis for clinical treatment, and improve the clinical treatment effect.
