摘要
目的研究免疫检验分析质量控制情况在临床免疫检验中的应用分析。方法选取该院2017年8月—2018年8月临床免疫检验的138例患者的临床免疫检验的报告,作为本次研究是研究对象,在检验时就已经采用随机方法将其分成常规组和观察组(质量控制组),每组69份,其中常规组采用的是常规临床免疫检验,观察组采用的是免疫检验分析质量控制方法,随后观察两组的检验报告及其平均变异指数分析报告。结果观察组的检验分析质量控制平均变异指数要显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过分析发现其中制约因素包括仪器、检验者的专业水平等,所以应用免疫检验分析质量控制效果较为显著。
Objective To study the application of immunoassay analysis quality control in clinical immunoassay.Methods The clinical immunoassay report of 138 patients with clinical immunoassay from August 2017 to August 2018 in our hospital was selected as the research object.The randomized method was used to divide it into regular group and observation group (quality control group),69 in each group,of which the routine group used the routine clinical immunoassay,the observation group used the immunoassay analysis quality control method,and then the two groups of test reports and their average variability index analysis report were observed.Results The quality control mean variability index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Through analysis,it is found that the constraints include the instrument and the professional level of the examiner.Therefore,the application of immunoassay to analyze the quality control effect is more significant.
