摘要
目的分析质量控制对免疫检验的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2012年12月至2014年12月本院89例予以免疫检验患者临床资料,按不同检验方案分为两组,对照组43例行常规检验,研究组46例在其基础上行质量控制,观察两组检测指标的变异指数及疗效。结果对照组Ca199、甲胎蛋白、C-肽、血清胰岛素的变异指数和研究组比较,差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率76.7%低于研究组95.7%,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量控制对临床免疫检验的应用效果显著。
Objective Analytical quality control applications for immunity test results. Methods Retrospective from December 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital 89 cases of patients with clinical data to be immune test, according to different test program is divided into two groups, 43 patients routine testing, research group of 46 patients based on the uplink in its quality control were observed variation detection indicators index and efficacy. Results Group Ca199, AFP, C- peptide, serum insulin variability index and research group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the total efficiency of 76.7% lower than the study group was 95.7%, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality control of the application results in significant clinical immunology test.
