摘要
目的在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情背景下制订区域医联体内社区护士关爱项目“天使心理护航工程”并探讨其实施效果,旨在促进社区护理人员身心健康。方法以心理发展的系统理论为指导,在文献研究和对社区护士调研的基础上制订“天使心理护航工程”方案。2021年3-8月以上海市浦东新区人民医院牵头的医联体内7家社区卫生服务中心护士为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=80)与观察组(n=81)。对照组实施常规管理;观察组在此基础上实施护士关爱方案,以提高抗逆力、自我情绪调适和应对能力为主题,采用理论培训、操作培训相结合,同时结合OH卡牌及巴林特小组的心理干预方法。比较干预前后两组护士新冠风险感知程度、心理弹性、社会支持、应对方式及坚毅评分。结果干预前后两组社区护士对新冠风险感知评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组护士的心理弹性、社会支持、应对方式和坚毅程度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以心理发展的系统理论为指导构建的心理干预项目“天使心理护航工程”对提升医联体内社区护士心理弹性、社会支持、应对方式、坚毅品质有明显效果,该模式是可行、有效、可推广的。
Objective To establish the Angel Psychological Counseling Program,a psychological care program for community nurses in regional medical partnerships under the background of the COVID-19pandemic,and explore its implementation effects,in order to promote the physical and mental health of community nurses.Methods The Angel Psychological Counseling Program was formulated on the basis of literature research and a survey of community nurses under the guidance of a systematic theory of psychological development.From March to August 2021,the nurses in 7 community health service centers in the medical partnerships led by Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=80)and the observation group(n=81).The control group was given routine a nurse care program on this basis.Focusing on the theme of improving resilience,self-emotional adjustment and coping ability,the program was given by theoretical training+practical training,in combination with psychological intervention methods including OH Cards and Balint group training.The degree of COVID-19 risk perception,resilience,social supporRt,coping style and grit scores were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.esults There was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of COVID risk perception before and after the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of resilience,social sCuopnpcolrut,s icoonping style and grit in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological intervention program"Angel Psychological Counseling Program"guided by the systematic theory of psychological development has obvious effects on improving the resilience,social support,coping style and grit of community nurses in medical partnerships.This model is feasible,effective and worthy of promotion.
