摘要
目的探讨丁苯酞联合阿替普酶对脑梗死患者脑血管功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年6月中一东北国际医院收治的80例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。两组患者均接受常规疗法,在此基础上,对照组患者采用阿替普酶注射液,观察组患者采用阿替普酶注射液与丁苯酞,比较两组患者的脑血管功能、并发症、日常生活能力以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者脑血流储备(CVR)、平均血流速度(MFV)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用丁苯酞联合阿替普酶治疗脑梗死可以有效改善患者脑血管功能,提升治疗效果,以及日常生活能力,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of butylphthalide combined with alteplase on cerebrovascular function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Northeast International Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 patients in each group.Both groups of patients received conventional therapy.On this basis,patients in the control group were treated with alteplase injection,and patients in the observation group were treated with alteplase injection and butylphthalide.The cerebrovascular function,complications,daily living ability and treatment effect of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the cerebral blood flow reserve(CVR)and mean arterial flow velocity(MFV)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Barthel Index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with alteplase in the treatment of cerebral infarction can help patients improve cerebrovascular function,therapeutic effect and daily living ability,and it is safe.
