摘要
聚丙烯腈合成过程的单体输送环节中,存在聚合釜内进料管底部结疤现象。结疤聚合物分子量没有达到预期要求且分子量波动较大。从提高混合均匀度出发,利用计算流体力学技术的多相流流场数值计算方法,针对丙烯腈聚合釜进料管SK型静态混合器,探讨其单元扭转角度及混合单元数量对进料管内3种单体原料预混均匀度的影响,分析相应压降变化。结果显示,当SK型混合器单元元件的扭转角为180°、混合单元个数为7时静态混合器的混合均匀度达到最优而压降也达到最大。
In the monomer conveying link of the polyacrylonitrile synthesis process,the phenomenon of scarring occurs at the bottom of the feed pipe in the polymerization kettle.The molecular weight of the scarring polymer does not meet the expected requirements and the molecular weight fluctuates greatly.Starting from improving the mixing uniformity,the numerical calculation method of the multiphase flow field of computational fluid dynamics technology was used to discuss the influence of unit torsion angle and the number of mixing units on the uniformity of premixing of the three monomer raw materials in the feed pipe SK type static mixer of acrylonitrile polymerization kettle,and the corresponding pressure drop change was analyzed.The results show that the mixing uniformity of the static mixer is optimal and the pressure drop is maximized when the torsion angle of the SK mixer unit element is 180°and the number of mixing units is 7.
