摘要
在氧化铝生产过程中,静态混合器应用于赤泥的沉降分离工序。本文采用计算流体动力学方法对新型静态混合器的内部流场进行数值模拟。通过研究不同静态混合器的混合效果及流动性发现:相比于现有静态混合器,新型静态混合器具有更强的混合能力,其内部流场不存在死区,料浆流动性较好、流速较高且不易结疤。通过研究不同叶片圆心角发现:叶片二的最佳圆心角为30°,此时新型静态混合器具有混合能力强、压力损失小的特点。
The static mixer is used for the red mud settling and separation process during the alumina production process.The numerical simulation of the internal flow field for the novel static mixer is executed with the computational fluid dynamic method in this paper.By studying the mixing effect and fluidity of different static mixers,it is found that as compared with the existing static mixer,the novel static mixer has stronger mixing ability,no dead zone is available in the internal flow field,slurry has good fluidity and high velocity,so that it is not easy to get scale.By studying center angles of different blades,it is found that the optimal center angle of second blade is 30 degrees.It is concluded that the novel static mixer is characterized by strong mixing ability and less pressure loss.
