摘要
以SMX型静态混合器为研究对象,运用计算流体力学软件Fluent对3种结构静态混合器管内湍流流场进行数值模拟。结果表明:SMX型静态混合器的混合元件对流体有切割和分散作用,可使径向速度与周向速度的最大值达到轴向平均表观流速的2~2.5倍;流体流经3、4个混合元件后流动基本达到稳定;混合器前3个混合元件对流体湍动强化作用较大,尤其是第1个混合元件作用最为明显,在流体流经第4个混合元件后,流体湍动程度基本达到静态混合器强化能力的极限;3片结构的SMX型静态混合器对流体湍动强化效果要优于4片与2片结构的SMX型静态混合器。
Taking the SMX static mixer as research object,turbulent flow fields in three different kinds of static mixers with different structure were numerically simulated by using Fluent software.Results show that the SMX static mixer can cut and decentralize the fluid,which can make maximum values of the radial velocity and the circumferential velocity reach 2 ~ 2.5 times as high as that of axial average velocity;Fluid flows get stable after passing through three or four mixed elements;The first three elements make reinforcement of the fluid turbulent be bigger,especially the first mixed element.After passing through the fourth mixed element,the degree of turbulent motion reaches the limit of the static mixer's intensifying ability.For strengthening effect of turbulence intensity,SMX static mixer with three sheets structure is better than the SMX static mixers with four or two sheets structure.
