摘要 在pH值7.2的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,亚硝酸根催化过硫酸钾氧化过量的碘化钾生成碘三负离子(I3-),I3-能够刻蚀金纳米团簇(AuNCs)使体系荧光减小,据此建立一种测定亚硝酸根的新方法。探讨Tris-HCl缓冲溶液、过硫酸钾、碘化钾和AuNCs的用量以及孵育时间等因素的影响,优化测定体系条件。在最佳实验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.00333~0.0833μg/mL,线性回归方程为ΔF=23560ρ-37.738,相关系数(R^(2))为0.9953,检出限(3S/K)为0.00174μg/mL。将方法应用于环境水样中亚硝酸根含量测定,测定结果的RSD为2.9%~3.8%,回收率在104%~108%。 In Tris-HCl buffer solution at pH value 7.2,nitrite catalyzes the oxidation of excess potassium iodide by potassium persulfate to generate iodine trianion(I3-),which can etch gold nanoclusters(AuNCs)and reduce the fluorescence of the system.Accordingly,a new method for the determination of nitrite was established.The effects of Tris-HCl buffer solution,potassium persulfate,potassium iodide and AuNCs dosage and incubation time were discussed,and the conditions of the assay system were optimized.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the linear range of the method is 0.00333~0.0833μg/mL,the linear regression equation isΔF=23560ρ-37.738,the correlation coefficient(R^(2))is 0.9953,and the detection limit(3S/K)is 0.00174μg/mL.The method was applied to the determination of nitrite content in environmental water samples.The RSD of the determination results was 2.9%~3.8%,and the recovery rate was between 104%and 108%.
