氨基黑与亚硝酸根的反应特点及分析应用

摘要 根据红外光谱可以证明在0.58 mol·L-1的盐酸介质下,氨基黑与亚硝酸根发生了重氮化偶联反应,反应的活化能为28.5 kJ·mol-1,反应体系在616 nm处的吸光度随亚硝酸根含量的增加而减小.亚硝酸根浓度在0.014-1.8 mg·L-1 范围内,吸光度变化值与亚硝酸根浓度成正比.据此建立了一种测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法,其表观摩尔吸光系数为ε= 2.0×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,可用于合成样品中亚硝酸根含量的测定. It is proved that the diazo coupling take place between Amino Black and Nitrite in the dielectric of Hydrochloric acid with 0.58 mol· L^-1 , by the Infrared Spectrum. The activation of the reaction is 28.5 kJ· mol^-1 . The absorbance of the reaction become lower with the increase of Nitrite in 616 nm.The relationship between the change of absorbance and the potency of Nitrite which in the range of 0.014 - 1.8 mg·L^-1 is direct ratio. According to that a new Absorption Photometry is suggested for determining trace nitrite. The mole absorption coeffiicient of the method is ε= 2.0 × 10^4 L· mol^-1· cm^-1 . The method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in synthetic mixtures with satisfactory result.
