摘要
脊柱骨折或脱位是由脊柱椎骨和支持性软组织的外伤或病理性破裂而引起的,并导致脊髓和神经根受压。其中,胸腰段脊椎骨折或脱位在犬猫中最为常见,临床上可以采用保守治疗或手术治疗或综合治疗。分析一例犬T3腰椎骨折的手术治疗过程,通过采用骨水泥联合螺钉的手术方法来固定脊柱矫正患犬脊柱骨折处,术后配合药物治疗,使患犬患处愈合良好,并通过患犬后续恢复情况来评估脊柱神经受损的恢复情况。
A fracture or dislocation of the spine is caused by trauma or pathological rupture of the vertebrae and supporting soft tissues of the spine and causes compression of the spinal cord and nerve roots.Among them,thoracolumbar vertebral fractures or dislocations are the most common in canine and feline,and conservative treatment or surgical treatment or comprehensive treatment can be used clinically.In this paper,we discuss and analyze the surgical treatment process of a canine T3 lumbar vertebral fracture,in which the spinal correction of the spinal fracture of the canine was fixed by using bone cement combined with screws,and drug treatment after surgery was used to make the affected area of the canine heal well.The recovery of spinal nerve damage through the subsequent recovery of the canine is also evaluated in the paper.
