球囊扩张复位骨水泥固定跟骨骨折的研究进展 被引量:5

Research progress in balloon reduction and bone cement fixation for treatment of calcaneal fracture

摘要 跟骨骨折是生活中常见骨折之一,可导致长期的关节疼痛及行走功能障碍,严重影响患者生活质量。最经典的外侧L型切口切开复位钢板内固定术,能最大程度地恢复距下关节面的对位关系并恢复跟骨形态,改善患者长期预后,但该治疗方式常伴随严重的软组织并发症。球囊扩张复位骨水泥固定术是近年被用于治疗跟骨骨折的一种微创治疗方法,能极大地降低软组织并发症的发生风险,并有效地对骨折进行复位与固定,以减少跟骨骨折带来的不良影响。本文就球囊扩张复位骨水泥固定术在跟骨骨折中的应用做一综述。 Calcaneal fracture is one of the common fractures in life,which may result in long-term joint pain and walking disability,leading to serious impact on patients'life.Open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)via an L-shaped,extensile lateral approach are the classic surgical treatments aiming to reduce the subtalar articular surface and restore calcaneal shape maximally,achieve satisfactory long-term outcomes,but this treatment often accompanies with serious wound complications.Balloon reduction and bone cement fixation,a minimally invasive technique,have been developed to treat calcaneal fracture in recent years with benefits of reducing risk of soft tissue complications considerably,improving reduction and fixation efficiently and relieving impact of the fracture on patient's life.This paper reviewed the current application of balloon reduction and cement fixation for calcaneal fractures.
