摘要
某核电厂不锈钢引压管发生穿孔泄漏。针对异常泄漏的不锈钢引压管,通过宏观检查、金相检验、扫描电镜、能谱分析等检验与分析,以确定该不锈钢管的失效性质及原因。结果表明,该不锈钢引压管穿孔是由于发生点蚀和晶间腐蚀所致,其主要原因是因引压管表面溶解氧腐蚀形成的小凹坑为不溶沉积物聚集提供有利条件,以至形成酸性腐蚀并导致氢损伤,进而引起腐蚀穿孔。
Corrosion perforation was occurred in the stainless steel impulse tube of a nuclear power plant.The failure analysis of the stainless steel tube was made by macro-examination,metallographic test,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and electronic differential system(EDS),etc.The results showed that the leakage of the stainless steel tube was due to the pitting and intergranular corrosion.The main reason was that many small pits formed by dissolved oxygen corrosion on the surface of tube provided favorable conditions for the accumulation of insoluble sediments,which formed acid corrosion and hydrogen damage leading to corrosion perforation.
