摘要 为进一步提升刮板输送机运行的安全性和可靠性,在对刮板输送机远程监控系统目标和功能描述的基础上,基于PLC控制器和WinCC软件建立的远程监控系统;基于自适应融合估计算法提出了对刮板输送机负载准确判定的模型,达到了对不同负载确定延时的目的;对远程监控系统和基于负载识别确定停机时间的效果进行验证。 In order to further improve the safety and reliability of scraper conveyor operation,based on the description of the objectives and functions of the scraper conveyor remote monitoring system,the remote monitoring system established based on PLC controller and WinCC software;based on the adaptive fusion estimation algorithm,a model for accurate determination of the scraper conveyor load is proposed,which achieves the objective of determining the delay time for different The model for accurate determination of the scraper conveyor load based on adaptive fusion estimation algorithms is proposed to achieve the purpose of determining the delay time for different loads;finally the remote monitoring system and the effectiveness of determining the downtime based on load recognition are verified.
