摘要
带式输送机在使用过程中难以避免会导致底部出现一定积煤,为确保带式输送机运行安全及可靠性并改善运输巷环境,需要对积煤进行定期清理,传统的积煤清理多采用人工方式实现,不仅效率低,而且难以满足煤矿高效运输需求。基于此,依据矿井3500运输大巷带式输送机结构特征,提出一种带式输送机底部积煤清理装置。该清理装置通过小型推车、提升机等组合,可实现底部积煤自动清理且自动化程度高。在矿井现场应用表明,该清理装置底部积煤清理效果较好,可在一定程度上提高运输系统工作效率并减少矿井人力资源投入。
In the process of using the belt conveyor,it is difficult to avoid a certain accumulation of coal at the bottom.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the belt conveyor and improve the environment of the transport lane,the accumulation of coal needs to be cleaned regularly.Based on the structural characteristics of the belt conveyor in the 3500 transport lane of the mine,a belt conveyor bottom coal cleaning device is proposed,which can achieve automatic cleaning of the bottom coal accumulation and a high degree of automation through the combination of small trolleys and hoists.The application in the mine site shows that the cleaning device has a good effect in cleaning the coal at the bottom,which can improve the efficiency of the transport system and reduce the human resources input in the mine to a certain extent.
