锚网索与钢筋混凝土支柱联合支护技术的实践研究

摘要 为提高晋邦德矿10406综采工作面末采的回撤速度、减少设备搬家成本,采用数值模拟和现场试验相结合的方法对锚网索+钢筋混凝土支柱对预掘回撤通道在工作面末采期间的实践应用进行探析。实践表明:采用改进技术后留设煤柱宽度减少,围岩应力减小,巷道未发生失稳变形,保持了巷道完整性,为综采工作面设备回撤提供了充足时间,同时,也为地质条件相类似工作面设备回撤提供了参考。 In order to improve the retraction speed and reduce the cost of moving equipment at the end of the 10406 comprehensive mining face,Jinbangde Mine used a combination of numerical simulation and field test to investigate the practical application of anchor mesh rope+reinforced concrete pillar on the pre-digging retraction channel during the end of the working face.The practice shows that the width of the coal pillar is reduced,the stress of the surrounding rock is reduced,the roadway is not destabilized and deformed,and the integrity of the roadway is maintained,which provides sufficient time for the equipment retraction of the comprehensive mining face and also provides reference for the equipment retraction of similar working faces with similar geological conditions.
