晋邦德煤业综采面覆岩位移变化相似模拟研究

摘要 以山西焦煤西山煤电公司晋邦德煤业10406综采工作面为研究对象,通过相似模拟试验方法,对煤层回采时覆岩位移变化规律进行研究。试验结果表明:伴随综采面持续回采,垮落角几乎不发生变化,垮落带和断裂带发育高度在逐步升高,采动对覆岩的影响持续增强。覆岩垂直位移最大值处于工作面采空区中部区域,并逐步向两端减小,覆岩垂直位移曲线呈现对称分布规律;伴随综采面回采距离不断增多,垂直位移最大值也在持续升高;伴随与煤层距离的不断升高,覆岩垂直位移在不断下降。 Taking 10406 fully-mechanized coal mining face of Shanxi Coking Coal Xishan Coal Power Company as the research object,the variation rule of overburden displacement during coal seam mining is studied through the similar simulation test method.The test results show that with the continuous stoping of fully-mechanized mining face,the caving angle almost does not change,the development height of caving zone and fault zone gradually increases,and the influence of mining on overburden is continuously enhanced.The maximum vertical displacement of overburden is in the middle of the goaf,and gradually decreases to both ends.The vertical displacement curve of overburden presents a symmetrical distribution law.With the increasing stoping distance of fully mechanized mining face,the maximum value of vertical displacement increases continuously.With the increasing distance from coal seam,the vertical displacement of overburden is decreasing.
