摘要
脊髓亚急性联合变性(SCD)是由于人体所需的生物维生素B12含量不足引起的神经系统变性疾病。SCD的早期临床表现不典型,且症状的多样性使早期诊断较为困难,最终会导致不可逆的神经系统损害。高利教授从事中西医结合神经内科临床工作多年,在神经内科疑难重症及罕见病治疗方面有丰富的临床经验。本文通过剖析高利教授创制的健胃醒脾方治疗SCD的中西医诊治过程,以期阐释高利教授辨治此类疾病的诊疗思路。
Subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord(SCD)is a degenerative disease of the nervous system caused by insufficient biological vitamin B12.The early clinical signs and symptoms of SCD are atypical,and the diversity of symptoms leads to the difficulty of early diagnosis,which will eventually lead to irreversible neurological damage.Professor Gao Li has been working in department of neurology with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for many years,and has rich clinical experience in the treatment of difficult miscellaneous diseases in neurology.This paper analyzes diagnosis and treatment process of differentiation and syndrome differentiation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in SCD with Professor Gao Li's original Jianwei Xingpi decoction,to elaborate Professor Gao Li's ideas of diagnosis and treatment about such diseases.
