摘要
大量临床和文献报道显示,机体免疫功能的调节与肺、脾、肾密切相关,但目前对其之间的调节关系理解仍较为模糊,有待明晰.该文从现代医学机体免疫系统的组成及其与中医肺、脾、肾的关系,中医"肺-脾-肾"轴的含义、功能、调节关系,"肺-脾-肾"轴与机体免疫稳态的联系,"肺-脾-肾"轴功能失调导致机体免疫紊乱的中医病机,以及基于"肺-脾-肾"轴理论治疗免疫性疾病等方面对现代医学机体免疫系统与中医肺、脾、肾的关系进行阐述和分析,并在此基础上提出了"肺-脾-肾"轴为机体免疫调节轴的思想,认为肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调是临床免疫性疾病的关键原因,对此类疾病的辨证和治疗可以多从此三脏考虑,以期为免疫性疾病的临床诊断和治疗提供思路和借鉴.
A large number of clinical literatures have shown that the regulation of body's immune function is closely related to lung,spleen and kidney.However,the understanding of the adjustment relationship between these internal organs and immune function in the body is rather vague and needs to be clarified.This article elaborates and analyzes the relationship between the body immune system in modern medicine and lung,spleen and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)from the aspects of composition of immune system in modern medicine and its relationship with lung,spleen and kidney in TCM,the meaning,function and mutual regulatory relations of the organs in"lung-spleen-kidney"axis,the association of"lung-spleen-kidney"axis with the body immune homeostasis,the TCM pathogenesis of body immune disorder induced by the dysfunction of"lung-spleen-kidney"axis and Based on the theory of"lung-spleen-kidney"axis for treatment of immune diseases.On the Basis of above idea,the"lung-spleen-kidney"axis is body's immune regulation axis,and recognizes that the dysfunctions of the axis are the key points of the causes of the clinical immune diseases;in terms of the differentiation of syndrome and treatment of these diseases,it is suggested to think of the three organs in this axis in order to provide ideas and reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of immune diseases.
