船上封闭式热水舱夹层保温材料设计与建造探讨

摘要 船上封闭式热水舱由于其相邻舱室为液货舱/油舱/机舱/外板等,为保证保温效果,其结构形式设计为内胆、外胆之间填充保温材料以增加保温效果。但因为其空间狭小,结构复杂,人员无法进入施工,故热水舱结构保温就不能采用传统的舱壁敷设岩棉或者玻璃棉等棉毡材料方式,因此需要找到一种用于封闭式热水舱夹层保温材料的施工方法。 The structural form of the closed hot water tank of the ship is designed to fill insulation materials between the inner tank and the outer liner to increase the thermal insulation effect because its adjacent chamber is liquid cargo tank/oil tank/engine room/outer board, etc. However, because of its narrow space and complex structure,personnel cannot enter the construction. The thermal insulation material of the hot water tank structure cannot adopt the traditional way of laying rock wool or glass wool and other felt materials on the bulkhead. Therefore, it is necessary to find a thermal insulation construction method for the laminated layer of the closed hot water tank.
