摘要
外墙建筑涂料涂饰体系在外墙外保温系统中兼具装饰、保护和特种功能作用,是外墙外保温系统中不可分割的有机组成部分。为使外墙外保温系统达到有效的节能和理想的装饰效果,涂饰系统必须与外墙外保温系统相容。介绍国内目前主要外墙外保温系统的种类及特点,外墙外保温对建筑涂料涂饰技术的要求及其对涂饰技术发展的影响。适用于外墙外保温系统涂饰的涂装体系主要有水性弹性涂装体系、柔性质感高装饰性涂装体系和功能性涂装体系等3类。随着JC/T 1040—2007《建筑外表面用热反射隔热涂料》J、G/T 235—2008《建筑反射隔热涂料》等标准的颁布实施,功能性建筑反射隔热涂装体系在夏热冬冷和夏热冬暖地区逐步得到推广应用。
The exterior wall coating finishing system has the function of decoration,protection and other special function,and is an integral part of exterior wall external insulation system. In order to make the exterior wall external insulation system achieve an effective energy-saving and ideal decorative effect,the finishing system must be compatible with the external insulation system. This paper introduced the main categories and features of current exterior wall external insulation systems in China,the requirements of exterior wall external insulation on coating finishing technique,and its impact on the finishing technique development. The finishing systems adaptable to exterior wall external insulation system are mainly divided into three categories, i.e. water-based elastic finishing system,flexible decorative finishing system,and functional finishing system. With the promulgation and implementation of JC/T 1040-2007 ＂Exterior Reflective Thermal Insulating Coatings On Buildings＂ and JG/T235-2008 ＂Architectural Reflective Thermal Insulation Coatings＂ and other standards,functional architectural reflective finishing system is gradually popularized in the hot-summer cold-winter region and in hot-summer warm-winter region.
