摘要
在日常生活中,人们对肉制品、蛋制品以及奶制品等畜产品的需求不断增加。在此情况下,只有保证畜产品的质量安全,才可以确保我国群众的饮食安全,因此,必须对于现阶段畜产品品质安全问题不断产生的问题进行密切的关注,充分了解问题产生的原因,从而提出有效的管理措施,避免畜产品的质量问题威胁消费者的身体健康与生命安全。该文主要围绕畜产品质量安全管理现状展开分析,阐述了解决问题对策。
In daily life,people’s demand for meat products, egg products and dairy products and other animal products is increasing.In this situation,only by ensuring the quality and safety of livestock products can we ensure the safety of our masses’ diet.In this regard,we must pay close attention to the problems arising from the quality safety problems of livestock products at the present stage,fully understand the causes of the problems,so as to put forward effective management measures to avoid the quality problems of livestock products threatening the health and life safety of consumers.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of quality and safety management of livestock products,and expounds the countermeasures to solve the problem.
